Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with Ukrainian law, provided that the packaging is intact and the goods are in new condition.

Used goods are not eligible for return or exchange.

For international orders:

In case of returning goods from abroad, the cost of return delivery and possible customs duties shall be paid by the buyer. Returns are only possible after the goods have actually been received back.

Across Ukraine:

Delivery by Nova Poshta within 1–5 working days.

Shipment is made within 1–4 business days after placing the order.

Items marked "pre-order" are shipped within 12–14 business days.

Payment for delivery is made upon receipt at the carrier's rates.

Around the world:

We ship via Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or another carrier (as agreed with the manager).

All international shipments may be subject to customs control in the recipient's country. If customs duties or taxes are charged, they shall be paid by the buyer in accordance with the applicable legislation of the country of delivery. Delivery and customs fees are not included in the price of the goods, unless otherwise specified.
